Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must include all original components and packaging, as received.

  • Only normal handling is accepted; damage caused by careless use is not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene-sensitive items, the product must be thoroughly cleaned prior to returning.

  • If the product was defective upon arrival, this must be reported immediately.

  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be confirmed during this period.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item if we suspect it has been used, worn, or damaged without fault on our part.

How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the above return conditions, please follow these steps:

Send an email to: info@maisonbrunetti.com
Include the following information in your message:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the item (in case of damage)

  • Full name of the customer

  • Customer address

We will then contact you with the correct return address.
⚠️ Never send the return to the sender's address. We will provide you with the appropriate return location.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days if you are a consumer (a natural person not acting in a professional or business capacity).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

Because we operate a fully automated fulfilment system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. Therefore, cancellation before dispatch is not possible. You may return the item after receipt.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Brunetti Maison) with a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to cancel the contract. The withdrawal is only considered valid once we have received the goods back.

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Information

Please be aware that our goods are shipped from Asia, and longer delivery times may occur beyond our control.
If the item is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please wait until the goods are delivered, and then follow our return instructions.

To speed up the process, we kindly ask you to share a shipping confirmation once you’ve returned your item.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges (and any additional costs resulting from a non-standard delivery option you may have selected).

The refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your return and confirmation of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
